History

In 1994 Sam Apostle and I formed Apostle Fitzgerald & Company a lodging real estate brokerage company. Sam, as former President of Ramada Inns franchise division and I as former Chief Operating Officer of Best Western International had built many industry relationships throughout the country and these contributed to a good start-up for our company and its success over the years. Sam has now passed on but his client first attitude lives on and we continue to honor him in the company name. Dinesh Rama joined Sam and I in 2000 to enhance the firm’s commitment in the Arizona market. Dinesh contributes a solid background and first hand understanding in hotel operation and ownership. In 2006 I asked Dave Turner, a former corporate colleague of Sam and mine at Ramada to work together with me as an associated broker. Dave brings known integrity and a wealth of lodging industry and real estate experience as you may note in his bio brief.
