HOTEL ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICE
All services are tailored to the needs of the owner or investor to help achieve the optimal performance from their investment. Based on the needs of the client, services may include monitoring of the operator’s compliance with the management agreement, budgeting, reporting requirements, annual capital budgeting, financial evaluations, accounting services and monthly summary reports on the operation. We can also review insurance coverage, leases and contracts.

We can provide for both short term and long term contracts. Our services are designed for either the individual or institutional owner.
