Robert F. Fitzgerald - Principal Robert F. Fitzgerald is the President and founder of Apostle Fitzgerald & Company. He has a wide range of industry experience and expertise including hotel and resort consulting, management, franchising, development, corporate acquisition and disposition, management contracts, hotel, resort and marina brokerage. Prior to forming Apostle Fitzgerald & Company in 1994, Mr. Fitzgerald served as Chief Operating Officer at Phoenix based Best Western International, Inc. At Best Western he was responsible for the lodging chain’s worldwide operations. On a corporate level, he worked for Sheraton, served as Senior Vice President of Ramada’s franchise operations division, and as President of Rodeway Inns. Before joining Best Western, Mr. Fitzgerald spent over 12 years with Ramada Inns, Inc. in a variety of positions. These included responsibility for franchise operations, design, and hotel operations. He has managed corporate hotel development including hotel site selection and construction supervision. Mr. Fitzgerald is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona, a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and a member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
Dinesh (Dan) S. Rama - Associate Dinesh (Dan) S. Rama has had a career in the hospitality industry as a hotel operator and owner, which began in 1994 after completing his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Arizona. Additionally he has General Manager Certifications from Holiday Inns, Motel 6 and Days Inns. Most recently Mr. Rama formed and became the State of Arizona Franchisor for “Redbrick Pizza of Arizona.” In this capacity he advises his clients on the feasibility and site selection of their Redbrick Pizza franchise. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Arizona and is a member of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association.
David Turner has over 40 years operations, marketing and development experience involving every type of lodging property with Sheraton, Ramada, Omni and Doubletree Hotel Corporations. He has managed and directed the management of multiple hotels and resorts. As a corporate executive his management oversight assignments took him to Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. He was responsible for the real estate assemblage and the project management takeover of the Tropicana Casino Hotel Las Vegas. He is a licensed real estate broker and holds a B. S. degree in hotel administration from Pennsylvania State University. |
