Robert F. Fitzgerald, CHA

Robert Fitzgerald is one of the nation’s most experienced hotel industry executives. He has extensive experience in hospitality real estate acquisition, financing, operations, development, turn-around management, restaurants and marina development and management. Prior to founding Apostle Fitzgerald & Company in 1994, he was Chief Operating Officer of Best Western International, Inc. responsible for overseeing their worldwide operations. Before joining Best Western in 1989 he had worked for Sheraton, served as Senior Vice President of Ramada’s franchise operations division, and as President of Rodeway Inns. Mr. Fitzgerald spent over 12 years with Ramada Inns, Inc. in a variety of positions. These included responsibility for franchise operations, design and development, and hotel operations. He has managed corporate hotel prototype design and development including hotel site selection and construction supervision.

Today, Apostle Fitzgerald & Company is a fourteen year-old nationwide real estate investment and hospitality advisory company that specializes in the hotel and leisure industry.

Robert Fitzgerald is a licensed real estate broker, a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) an active member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, the Arizona Hotel & Lodging Association and the Asian American Hotel Owners Association.
